TERMS & CONDITIONS

Exchange of merchandise purchased is allowed within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

1. Merchandise to be exchanged should be in good, original, sellable condition, intact, unused, without damages, flat packed or unassembled.2. The original invoice is required with the merchandise to be exchanged.
3. The item for exchange must be equal to or of higher value with the price difference to be paid by the customer.
4. No cash refunds shall be given.
5. Merchandise on Sale or Promo must be paid in full and the sale is considered a FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned nor exchanged.
6. Indent or Special orders cannot be cancelled or returned or exchanged.
7. In the case of delivered furniture, the exchange and return of delivered items is subject to a return fee of the returned item and a separate delivery fee for the new item.
8. In the case of picked up furniture, the item for return/exchange and delivery of the new item will be paid for by the customer to the same pick up address.
9. Under the I.R.R. of R.A 7394 (The Consumer Act of the Philippines), a change of mind does not entitle the customer to a refund, return, and/or exchange.
10. In the case of online orders, customers are responsible in ensuring orders made are final and correct.

Ownership

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these TERMS AND CONDITIONS at any time. Such changes and/or modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted in these pages. Please review the TERMS AND CONDITIONS periodically. If you continue to use this website following the posting of changes and/or modifications, it will constitute your acceptance of the revised TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Reservation of Right to Refuse Service

Company reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts and/or cancel orders in its discretion including, without limitation, if Company believes that the customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Company, and its employees.
